Mr. Raval represents corporations and individuals worldwide in business and employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, consular matters, naturalization and Department of Labor compliance. Clients have recognized him for his expertise in managing the full life-cycle of foreign talent acquisition and retention. Mr. Raval has been invited to speak to industry groups on employee acquisition and regulatory requirements. From family based immigration, to H1B, PERM, I-140, he believes proper legal representation starts from accurately assessing the facts.

Mr. Raval’s article on Auction Rate Securities was published in the New York State Bar Association’s Business Law Journal. The article won 2nd place for its analysis of the subprime mortgage crisis and its effect on the auction rate securities market. Furthermore, he served as an editor for the International Journal of Communications Law and Policy.

Mr. Raval hold a Juris Doctorate and a Masters of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Investments from New York Law School and the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. He has received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History with minors in Economics and Geography from Rutgers University – New Brunswick. He speaks Gujarati and Hindi.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, practicing Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, studying art and listening to classical Indian music by one of his favorite artists, Pt. Bhimsen Joshi.
